• Audio call logs - automatic recordings of incoming and outgoing calls. You decide which calls to record - either all calls, or selected lines, departments, or extensions.
• System call activity - with ESI Media Management installed, your ESI Communications server stores records of all incoming and outgoing calls.

ESI Mobile Messaging combines the advanced capabilities of an ESI business communications system with the convenience of your existing e-mail account. When you receive a message (a voice mail or a recording) at an extension or guest mailbox, you also receive an e-mailed notification to which a .WAV file of the message is attached. The notification's header contains information about the message - the Caller ID name and number, as well as the call's date, time and duration.
